• Channel name and profile photo

• Engagement metrics (likes, etc.)

Optional SMS OTP: For enhanced login security, you can choose to allow us to read SMS messages containing the one-time password (OTP) sent during login. This is entirely optional.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Collabdiary mobile application (the “App”) and related services (the “Services”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Services.

2. Description of Services

Collabdiary is a social media platform designed to connect influencers and brands. The Services may include features such as profile creation, content sharing, communication tools, and analytics dashboards.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or breach of these Terms.  

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”).

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.

• You grant Collabdiary a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content in connection with the Services.  

• You agree not to post User Content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.  

• Infringing on any intellectual property rights.  

• Containing viruses or other malicious code.

• Collabdiary reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App and Services, including all content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Collabdiary and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or Services without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

• The Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, YouTube). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

• We use Google OAuth for authentication and may access YouTube data with your explicit consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collabdiary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:  

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.  

• Any errors or omissions in any content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
